Direct Mail
Definition: a communications medium comprising of advertising, marketing or PR material only. All items are identical except for the addressee's name, address and identifying code, if used.
Minimum volume 500 items, to be conveyed and delivered to the addresses marked by the sender on the items themselves or on the mailing envelopes. Invoices, reminders, statements of account and other non-identical notifications are not classed as direct mail.
